A new spectrometer at the quality control department. Our most recent addition – metals chemical composition analyser – #SPECTROMAXx, enables full supervision over the chemical composition of our products, at the same time it is one of the key devices giving the Odlewnia’s metal such high quality!

Quality control of our casts carried out at each stage of the production process ensures the highest quality of products and meeting our customers’ requirements.

We have our own laboratory where our products undergo the following tests:

• chemical composition of input materials and metal used for production,
• micro structure of castings,
• Tensile strength of cast iron Rm,
• hardness of castings HB,
  impact tests (impact resistance) in room and negative temperatures (-20 C),
• non-destructive with ultrasonic flaw detectors.
