Lean Leadership Academy is a workshop aiming at development of the team of production and maintenance managers and leaders so that they can use their knowledge and experience for processes optimisation in our company. We do all this to work more efficiently and productively!

Our employees learn how to use Lean Management in terms of implementation of new technologies, tools, and machinery. They also have a chance to see how Lean Kaizen philosophy – an approach of constant development each day – can be applied. The training programme covers:

• Building, supervision and management of a Lean Manufacturing Team
• Machine park and production area management in line with Lean Management
• Application of VSM tool and time study for mapping of the production and production-related processes
• Application of flow and work outcome visualisation for forecasting more optimal use of machinery and production capacity of the company
• 6S System management in order to raise and maintain the high level of ergonomics and safety at work

Common approach and involvement of the team during such workshop allow seeing that each of the employees may have different perspective on the same challenge and thanks to cooperation and communication they can understand it and find the most optimal solution for a problem.
